Under the direction of the Sr. Program Director, and consistent with the Christian Mission of the YMCA, the Wragler Director assist in all aspects of Camp Carson's summer camp horse program from staff to care of horses, and developmet of program. This will include supervising horse barn staff and programs, participating on the Adminstrative team developing wrangler and trail ride program area manuals and implementation, and assisting in managing inventory within budget.
