At least one year of college and one year of teaching preferred. Teaching primarily hunt seat. 3-5 hours a day. Horse care. Subsitution in the cabins for other staff. Ground lectures. Horse Overnights. Anywhere from Beginners through advance. Doesn't have to teach all levels, but must be very solid in skills that they do have. Certification not necessary, but nice.
